3. Items ordered will only be shipped via Poslaju. However upon request, cash on delivery can be arrange at One Utama during office hours on weekdays only.

Payment Information
Once you have received a confirmation email from me on your order, payment can be made via bank transfer to my Malayan Banking Berhad Account or Public Bank Berhad Account.
The details of the bank account will be provided in the confirmation email.
Payment is to be made within three (3) days of the confirmation. Failing which your order will be deemed as cancelled.

Shipping Information
Item(s) will be shipped out via Poslaju. A tracking number will given once the item(s) are shipped out.
The shipping charges will start from approximately RM5 , depending on the weight of the parcel. I will advise you on the shipping charges in my confirmation email.
Shipping will only be done on every Monday and Thursdays unless it is a public holiday.
Upon request, cash on delivery at One Utama during office hours on weekdays can be arranged. However in such cases, a deposit of 50% upfront is required.
